Dvorak Eye Clinic has been monitoring the recently revised Executive Order by the Governor of Minnesota to proceed with elective surgeries starting on May 11, 2020. In compliance with the recommended guidance issued by the Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, Dvorak Eye Clinic will initiate scheduling for procedures and surgeries as approved by Dr. Dvorak beginning the week of May 18, 2020.
Dvorak Eye Clinic has implemented all of the new guidance policies required for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Workplace guidance for employees including health screening prior to entry to the clinic
Patient health screening at the time appointment scheduling and check-in
